What is the size of Leisure World?
The community spans 958 acres with 2,664 homes ranging from condominiums to golf course homes.
Can family and friends stay with me for visits?
Yes. Your visitors are welcome.
Does it cost extra to use the swimming pools and spa?
No. There is no extra cost.
Do you organize group trips, and bus trips?
Yes. Our Recreation Department runs a full schedule of events in and outside Leisure World.
Are there any restaurants in or near Leisure World?
There is a cafe at the Coyote Run clubhouse, that runs seasonally and offers breakfast and lunch menus. There are more than 50 restaurants within five minutes of Leisure World.
Do I have to pay for golf course membership if I don’t play golf?
No. Part of all common fees help maintain all of our facilities, including the golf courses. Golfers join either or both of our courses to play.
Does Leisure World have to be my primary residence?
No. We have many dual address residents.
Is there 24 hour security?
Yes. Three gates are open from 6 A.M. to 9 P.M. and the main gate on Power Road is open and staffed 24 hours each day. There are also mobile patrols around the clock.
Is there a place to park our RV & boat?
Yes. There is a locked parking area that is available for long term storage, on a space available basis. A fee applies.
With all the security, is it difficult for visitors to get in?
Each resident notifies security of approved visitors (family, friends, vendors). Approved guests are given access and directions, as needed. Others are stopped and turned away if approval can’t be obtained.
Is there an extra fee for using the Fitness Center?
No. Just sign-in at the Fitness Center Front Desk.
